During the public review period, we will be holding two public Virtual Town Hall Meetings on January 22 at 12:00 p.m. and January 23 at 11:00 a.m. to gather additional input on the draft Plan.

The goal of this recovery planning effort is to reduce weaknesses in the County’s critical physical, social, and institutional systems – while creating a brighter future for all residents.

Phase 1

Describe & quantify the impacts of COVID-19.

Phase 2

Create a diverse stakeholder group to design goals & initiatives addressing the impacts of COVID-19.


Phase 3

Record countywide goals & projects in the Recovery & Transformation Plan.

Phase 4

Implement the plan & monitor community needs.
